Field Operations Coordinator - Russian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Field Operations Coordinator to join our growing Israel team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our field activity - connecting employers, sales teams, and field representatives to ensure a smooth and efficient customer onboarding experience on the ground. You Will: Receive and process order requests from employers and sales teams Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems Build and manage schedules for our field representatives Coordinate meetings with customers Provide ongoing support to field representatives and help resolve day-to-day operational challenges Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across all markets Hybrid work environment - both home and office You Have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew, English, and Russian - Mandatory Additional languages - Advantage Strong proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn internal systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - someone who takes initiative and finds solutions Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different teams Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage Our Connected Work Culture: Driving Innovation, Together At Remitly, we believe that true innovation sparks when we come together.
