弊社はエネルギーマネジメントとオートメーションの世界的なスペシャリストとして知られるフランス本社の多国籍企業です セキュアパワー事業部では主にIT市場においてサーバーストレージネットワーク機器等をサポートする無停電電源装置UPSを中心とした環境配慮型のインフラソリューションを提供しています セキュアパワー事業部の前身はAPCという米系企業で現在も製品ブランドとしてAPCの名称を使用しています この度セキュアパワー事業部にてエネルギー管理- 利用を効率化するトータルソリューションをエンドユーザー顧客にご提案するソリューション営業を募集しております 短中期的には担当者として当ポジションを担っていただきますが中長期的にマネジメントポジションや他の職種も担うことのできる成長ポテンシャルを持つ人材を求めております 職務内容 - 注力する業種- マーケットにおいて潜在的顧客を発掘または既存顧客の新しい領域を開拓し営業ビジネス戦略- プランに落とし込む - お客様のニーズを理解しソリューション提案での営業活動を推進する - 潜在的なお客様の経営- トップ層を含むあらゆるインフルエンサーと関係を構築する - 社内の関係者と密接にかつ効果的に連携し営業提案を推進する - 商材UPS ラック空調配電機材ソフトウェア 必須MUST - ５年以上の関連業界における営業経験 - トライ＆エラーで進めるアジリティ - 高いコミュニケーションスキル - 会社の戦略に合致していく戦略的思考力分析力 - 物事を推進する自己リーダーシップ力変化対応力 - 他者を巻き込む力 - PC及びMicrosoftアプリケーションを使いこなすスキル - ビジネス基礎レベルの英語読み書き - 大卒レベル相当 歓迎WANT - 設備関連の経験- 知識はプラス - 新規ビジネス開拓ソフトウェアの経験があると望ましい - ビジネス中級レベルの英語読み書き会話はアドバンテージ Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
