Descriptive Statement(s) New Business Growth (Hardware + Recurring Revenue) Drive new revenue by selling Nexity hardware and software solutions across multiple verticals. Prioritize opportunities that generate both upfront hardware sales and long-term recurring revenue through transaction fees and SaaS subscriptions. Sales Strategy & Revenue Optimization Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on maximizing total contract value-balancing hardware deployment with sustainable, high-margin recurring revenue streams. Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, payment flows, and transaction capture across all verticals. Client Engagement & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to owners, operators, and developers by positioning Nexity as a platform that enhances the arrival-to-departure experience while driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability. Pip eline & Performance Management Build and manage a strong pipeline within Salesforce, with clear visibility into hardware sales, SaaS revenue, and transaction-based income. Accurately forecast and track performance against revenue and margin targets. Financial & Solution Development Partner with internal teams to develop compelling, data-driven proposals, including hardware configurations, SaaS pricing, and transaction fee structures.
