Master Data Maintenance : execute the creation, modification, and archiving of customer, supplier, article master data records, ensuring data is kept up to date and relevant. Data Integration and Management : Coordinate data integration across various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and consistency. Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements, resolve issues, and implement best practices Data Migration and System Upgrades : Play a key role in data migration projects when upgrading or implementing new systems, ensuring a smooth transition of master data. Data Analytics and Reporting : Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to generate insights from master data and support decision-making processes. Vendor Management : Work with external data providers (vendors, LSP) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of externally sourced data. Data Training and Documentation : Develop training materials and provide guidance to users on how to correctly use and maintain master data. Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate and complete master data records Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple data-related tasks and meet deadlines Analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify data issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions Process-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience is considered an advantage Fluent in English Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations /Information Systems / Management Information Systems required Minimum 2 years of professional work experience Leadership experience, including informal leadership, is considered a plus Work-life balance: Flexible working hours with the option of mobile working in agreement with your line manager, 30 days of holidays.
