You are enrolled at a university for the entire internship duration.

The position
Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.
Tasks throughout the various roles can include:
Manage end-to-end the recruitment process: internships postings, screening, interviews coordination, onboarding
Sustaining our DE&I principles in your TA daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers.
Supporting the roll-out of L&D plans and other initiatives in this area (i.e. Mentorship programs, Psychological Safety journey, etc.).
Participating in the learning needs analysis and carrying on population analysis to target learning and development initiatives.
Actively participating in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.
