Job Description
This position is responsible for coordinating the compliant review of Ameriprise marketing and communication materials (Corporate Marketing, Wealth Management Solutions, Bank and Cash Solutions etc.). This role will support the administrative aspect of the department including coordination of internal material review and publishing.
Responsibilities include:
Execute material reviews
Review materials for spelling, grammar and compliance with Ameriprise brand, style and disclosure guidelines.
Submit content for appropriate reviews and approvals in our regulatory system and actively follow up with business partners to ensure timely execution.
Coordinate publishing of content to various host sites including the intranet, internet, social media and print.
Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines as well as partnering and executing best practices and procedures.
Collaborate with leader and team in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency, improve performance and meet the demand of constantly evolving business needs.
Required qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree from accredited university.
Demonstrated experience with software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro (PDF)
At least 3+ years' experience supporting marketing and communication materials, applying corporate brand and style guidelines and/or obtaining required content review and approvals per compliance policies.
Strong communication, prioritization and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to interact with a variety of cross-organizational partners
