Qualifications you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
The availability to work full-time, hybrid in Schenectady, NY
3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio, or process improvement activities. Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Understanding of Lean and continuous improvement principles.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Your key responsibilities:
Supports the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices across MVP Health Care.
Responsible for owning and maintaining defined PMO processes, standards, and artifacts, and supporting portfolio visibility, and tool enablement activities.
Works closely with the PMO Lead, this role enables disciplined execution and transparency while exercising independent judgment within established frameworks.
Partners closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure PMO processes are consistently applied, data is accurate and reliable, and tools are effectively used to support decision‑making.
Contributes to continuous improvement through incremental, practical enhancements to PMO processes and reporting.
Demonstrate curiosity, accountability, and collaboration-fully embodying MVP's core values: Be Humble, Be Curious, Be the Difference.
