The Opportunity - Senior Product Manager, Onboarding Group Do you love tackling complex, technically challenging problems? Are you a self-starter who thrives on solving real customer pain points? Do you bring a blend of strategic thinking, deep technical curiosity, and bias for action? Then this role is for you. We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive one of Wrapbook's core product areas within our Onboarding & Lifecycle group - a role that blends strategic vision, deep technical partnership, and customer-first innovation. You'll define and execute product strategy, working closely with engineering and design to deliver delightful, compliant, and scalable solutions. At Wrapbook, you'll shape products that power the entertainment industry - helping productions of all sizes run smoothly while ensuring every worker gets paid accurately and on time. Depending on the team, this role may focus on core platform / tech enablement - owning cross-cutting systems like approval workflows, permissions, authentication, and notifications that every product team at Wrapbook depends on, or on worker hiring and onboarding flows - owning the end-to-end experience of how workers are invited, onboarded, and set up on productions. In either case, you'll work in a domain with high technical complexity, significant cross-functional surface area, and meaningful impact on Wrapbook's customers and internal teams. You'll partner with a tenured engineering team, a dedicated designer, and be a key product voice for cross-team questions in your domain.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and vision for your product area, aligning customer needs with company priorities.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-quality features that solve meaningful problems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business development, client operations, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and readiness for launches.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and the production payroll domain to uncover insights, identify unmet needs, and inspire innovation.
  • Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and measure impact.
  • Advocate for quality and compliance, ensuring that products meet the standards required in financial and regulated environments.
  • Drive execution end-to-end, from discovery through launch, ensuring on-time, predictable delivery.
  • Triage and prioritize cross-team inbound requests - multiple product teams interact with and depend on workflows and systems in your domain, and you'll manage competing demands as part of your roadmap.
  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate your workflow - from discovery and analysis to writing, code comprehension, and prototyping. We expect our PMs to be builders, not just strategists.
  • What You'll Have
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical environment.
  • Proven ability to define and execute on product strategy with measurable outcomes.
  • A technical orientation, so you're comfortable reasoning with engineering about systems, models, integrations, and data flows without heavy hand-holding.
  • You are an active, daily user of AI tools to do your job. You use LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, and AI workflows not as experiments but as core parts of how you ship product. You should be able to articulate specifically how AI has changed how you do PM work, and where it's headed.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, operations, legal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
  • Comfort working in areas of ambiguity-able to dive deep and become a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear, structured, decision-oriented wri
