Valley Health System in Ridgewood, New Jersey, is seeking a part-time or full-time Ambulatory Clinic Preceptor to join our dynamic Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency continuity practice at our new, state-of-the-art Family Care Center. As we continue to expand our academic footprint, we are recruiting dedicated, mission-driven clinicians who are excited to shape a rapidly growing training program. This is a distinctive opportunity for physicians who are passionate about teaching, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and eager to influence the development of the next generation of internists within a forward-thinking academic health system. The Ambulatory Clinic Preceptor provides clinical management of obstetrics and gynecologic patients seen at the Family Care Center and oversees resident education at the Clinic. This role is central to advancing residents along the trajectory from supervised practice to confident, independent clinicians. Preceptors at Valley model excellence in clinical care, professionalism, reflective practice, and scholarly engagement, contributing meaningfully to curriculum innovation, quality improvement, and the academic culture of the program.
