Lead the team in concept validation and preliminary pricing of innovative solutions
Prepare high-quality presentations and analyses to support senior management's discussion and decision-making

What We Expect from You
Strong passion for the market and innovation, ability to facilitate focus groups to draw customer & salesperson insight and sensitivity to market sentiments and acumen
Strategic mind with outstanding communication skills to formulate attractive product proposition and present to senior executives
Willing to challenge the status quo and resilience mindset to make things happen
Proficient in cross-departmental collaboration, effectively integrating distribution, marketing, and diverse stakeholders
Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of drive and the ability to manage projects and push initiatives forward independently
Able to work with ambiguity by developing hypotheses and recommending proposals despite uncertainty or incomplete information
Excellent data analysis skills, able to extract key insights from large datasets and turn them into insight and actionable next step
Over 15 years of experience in life or health insurance product development/pricing, with a track record of continuous career growth
Proven success in planning and launching competitive insurance solutions
Fluency in both Chinese and English
Preferred but not required
FSA / ASA or relevant actuarial qualifications or advanced degrees are a plus
