Job Summary The Staff Appraiser is responsible for conducting administrative quality reviews of all appraisal products to ensure compliance with client requirements and company service level agreements (SLAs). In addition, this role performs USPAP Standard 3-compliant reviews and desk appraisals as needed. The position also serves a customer service and problem-solving function, collaborating directly with clients, internal production teams, and field vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues. Essential Functions Conduct administrative quality reviews of all appraisal products to ensure accuracy and compliance. Complete USPAP-compliant appraisals and review assignments as required. Communicate with clients and appraisers via phone and email to address inquiries and provide updates. Respond to questions related to all areas of appraisal processes, policies, and outcomes. Investigate and analyze issues, recommend solutions, and escalate concerns to the appropriate parties when necessary. Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information. Accurately document all customer interactions and communications. Perform other related duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong familiarity with appraisals and appraisal Quality Review. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities. Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment. Education High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred.
