This role will focus on collaborating a global team and driving Nordson EFD opportunities while coordinating across related global sites, subsidiaries, and partners of the key account(s). He/she will also work to build and implement strategy to bring in new business from within existing customers while developing new relationships with other potential customers in the market. The Sales Manager will be the lead point of contact while building and maintaining a strong relationship within accounts. MBA preferred 10+ years' work experience in sales management, key account management, or relevant experience Previous work experience in electronics, industrial applications, capital equipment is a plus Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Self-motivated and self-directed Willingness to travel Travel Required 50-75% #LI-NS1
