Position Summary:
To enhance operational alignment and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, Emplify Health is establishing a dedicated Patient Flow Solutions Team within IT Digital Services (ITDS). This team will be the enterprise's central point of accountability for patient access workflows, clinical operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Solution Owner within this team is responsible for aligning with organizational strategy, driving the vision, developing the roadmap, and achieving the goals and objectives of the assigned patient flow solution. This role requires bringing deep knowledge and decision-making authority to ensure stakeholder engagement and that end-user needs are met. The Solution Owner shares accountability for success with the cross-functional team assigned to the solution.
The ideal candidate will be highly effective in communication with all stakeholders, including operational and business leads, Scrum Masters or Project Managers, and Developers. They will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
The team will initially focus on Patient Flow functionality, including Prelude (registration), ADT Grand Central, Patient Registration, Billing, Referrals, Work Queues, Letters/Documents, Hello World, Appointment Reminders, Welcome/Kiosk, DAR/BCAs, Co-pays, Real Time Eligibility, Department Build, and management of incidents, enhancements, tasks, and demands not related to Cadence Scheduling or Ticket Scheduling.
