Technical Program Manager - Power Electronics As a Technical Program Manager for Power Electronics, you won't just manage schedules; you will own the end-to-end execution of complex, industry-defining engineering programs from initial concept through volume manufacturing. Own end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of mission-critical power electronics programs, ensuring aggressive milestones are met and risks are surfaced early Serve as the connective tissue across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and product quality-aligning global teams and resolving roadblocks without relying on direct authority Drive technical design reviews and guide design trade-offs to ensure robust performance, manufacturability, and schedule integrity Develop and communicate mitigation strategies for budget, resource, and timeline risks before they become blockers Coordinate prototype and early-stage production builds with contract manufacturers, rapidly identifying and resolving issues to accelerate time-to-market Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve technical outcomes, and drive operational efficiency across the program
