The key objective of the position is to increase recruitment capacity within the Cruise section by allowing Recruitment Officers to focus on higher-level recruitment activity, client coordination, interviews, compliance review, and mobilisation planning. This role will help ensure a stronger flow of suitable candidates, improved vacancy coverage, and better support for new vessels, existing clients, and ongoing operational demand.
