- Communicate progress, challenges, and blockers clearly and proactively to team leads and project managers.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process analysts, and engineering teams using agile delivery practices.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ Years Experience: A strong background in C#, .NET, Python, or Java is preferred alongside RPA
- BluePrism Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience (V7), specifically with multi-VM architectures.
- Practical experience using Claude , GPT-4, or similar models ( Whisper, Qwen ) to assist in technical design, documentation, debugging and data extraction
- Integrate automations with AI agents, orchestration tools, and enterprise systems
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC/Agile) methodologies.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and writing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with API integration (RESTful, SOAP) concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with a proven ability to work effectively as a contributing member of a team.
