Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields .
3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or data roles.
Preferred background in large organizations, multinational companies, or tech-enabled businesses , such as: Marketplaces
Delivery / Logistics
Super Apps
E-commerce
Fintech
Strong knowledge of IFRS (revenue recognition, IFRS 9 if applicable).
Solid experience in monthly close and financial analysis .
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).
Exposure to Big Data environments (data warehouses, cloud platforms, large-scale datasets).
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments .
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency .
