Job Description: Job Summary:** CROWN Beverage Cans Ziyang Limited is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and improvement of our high-speed beverage can manufacturing processes and equipment. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across the plant. Job Responsibilities:** * Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems and components for beverage can manufacturing equipment, including presses, decorators, and finishing lines. * Conduct feasibility studies, stress analyses, and simulations to optimize equipment performance and ensure structural integrity. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, electrical, quality, maintenance) to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and improve manufacturing processes. * Develop and review technical specifications, engineering drawings, and bills of materials for new equipment and modifications. * Manage projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades. * Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. * Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production personnel. * Evaluate and recommend new technologies and materials to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
