YOUR OPPORTUNITY The Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including asset master data creation and maintenance, capitalizations, depreciation, transfers, disposals. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of asset records in the system, as well as compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The position plays a key role in maintaining and reviewing Assets Under Construction (AuC), ensuring timely capitalization and proper tracking of ongoing projects. The Senior Analyst is also responsible for preparing and reviewing fixed asset reports with different stakeholders. ABOUT YOU This role requires interactions across many functions (Finance & Non-Finance), including acting as a resource to the international markets due to daily tasks in which you will need to provide customer service to different markets across the world. On the role you will be able to drive standardization and reinforce correct procedures to make sure all the countries comply with the global guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE Process assets maintenance requirements such additions. depreciation, disposals, etc... Perform validations and controls to maintain the integrity and accuracy of master data. Calculation, review and posting of accounting journal entries. Execute and approve monthly Balance Sheet Account reconciliation. Be able to respond and support auditor's requests, including different SOX controls executed within the team. Support implementation of new projects from fixed assets perspective. Communicate effectively with internal/external Bacardi customers as necessary to ensure that work is properly delivered and influence them to follow the correct procedures and policies. Continuously identify, propose, and execute process improvements. Generate fixed assets reports when required, for specific entity/business needs. SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Experience in accounting (around 4 years), ideally with exposure to System Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) or similar platforms. Familiarity with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience using Excel, including pivot tables and formulas. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly. A collaborative attitude and willingness to build positive relationships. A disciplined approach to meeting deadlines and following up on tasks. Comfort working both independently and as part of a team. Intermediate understanding of business practices and a professional approach to customer service. Openness to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities as needed. Open to receive and provide timely feedback. Ability to train other members of the team, in a way that his/her technical mastery can be transmitted to them. English skills (written and spoken) - 85% minimum. Knowing a third language is a bonus. Preferred qualifications include: Previous work in a Shared Services environment. A degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field. P revious experience in Capital & Fixed Assets roles or their accounting cycle.
