Leadership Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support daily nursing operations and clinic flow, help delegate tasks, and coach technicians and assistants throughout shifts
• Ensure treatment areas, labs, and equipment stay clean, stocked, and operational while monitoring inventory to prevent supply shortages
• Maintain opening and closing duties, logs, and cleaning tasks while upholding clinic standards, patient care protocols, and positive team culture

Urgent Care + General Practice | No Overnights | Flexible Shifts Ready to grow into veterinary leadership? This role is ideal for a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) a strong Veterinary Assistant looking to expand their impact in a fast-paced, team-focused hospital. In this position, you'll work closely with and report to the Lead Technician , collaborating on team support, training, workflow efficiency, patient care, anesthesia, and daily hospital operations.
