As an Area Manager, you'll lead from the front, developing high-performing teams whilst building strong client and candidate relationships.
You will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialist recruiters across multiple disciplines
Create and deliver a clear business development strategy to grow market share
Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a key escalation point
Drive team performance against KPIs, financial targets, and business plans
Analyse performance data to make sound commercial decisions
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen Reed's presence locally
Ensure a first-class service for both clients and candidates
Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a sustainable, high-performing team
