Civil Maintenance Manager

About the role

ConnectSydney, a joint venture of ServiceStream, Boral, and Johnson Controls, in partnership with Transport for NSW (TfNSW), is entrusted with the management of the Harbour Zone. Our responsibilities encompass routine maintenance, strategic enhancements, and specialised projects aimed at bolstering Sydney's transport infrastructure. The Civil Maintenance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the formation; documentation and estimation of work methodology pertaining to the construction and maintenance (Routine and Reactive) of all assets. Additionally, the position will be called upon to oversee large site maintenance activities and oversee new and upgrade works. Please note that the Civil Maintenance Manager will be expected to work across varying day and night shifts, depending on the needs of the business.
