As a Category Marketing Specialist, you will help execute and maintain category-specific content and campaigns on our .com platform-driving conversion, engagement, and brand consistency. In this highly collaborative and detail-oriented role, you will partner with cross-functional teams (including creative, web operations, paid media, and regional teams) to support campaign launches, manage homepage promotions, and maintain critical site pages. Reporting to the PWS Category Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, on-brand user experience that drives traffic and supports our commercial and marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Homepage & Content Management: Manage the .com content calendar, taking ownership of homepage updates, hero banners, and promotional placements to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Campaign Execution: Support site rollouts for major commercial moments (e.g., Back to School, Holiday) by coordinating with design and merchandising teams to deliver messaging and assets across all digital touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the project coordinator for site content updates, partnering closely with WebOps, Creative, and Regional teams from brief and asset delivery through to QA and publishing.
Page Maintenance: Maintain and optimize various site pages-including product detail pages (PDPs), campaign landing pages, and partnership hubs-ensuring content, specs, and brand guidelines are up-to-date.
Omnichannel Alignment: Share updated content, assets, and messaging toolkits with internal partners (CRM, Software, Paid Media) to ensure a cohesive customer journey across all channels.
Analytics & Reporting: Pull and share performance reports for the homepage and campaign launches, translating data into actionable insights to improve future site updates.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Prior experience (including internships, co-ops, or relevant coursework) in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content management.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and an eye for detail when balancing multiple active requests.
Excellent communicator who is comfortable collaborating across diverse product, creative, and regional teams.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), web publishing, or digital creative briefing is a strong plus.
An analytical mindset with the ability to look at basic performance data and understand how it impacts the customer experience.
