About the role
As a result of growth to a key client's global partnership portfolio, THE-TEAM are looking to on board a dynamic, motivated Account Manager to support with the planning and execution of a global brand partnership within motorsport. A manager with experience in client service, project management, budgeting and finance tracking. You will be an expert communicator, problem solver, team player and have proven experience managing clients and projects in the live experience space. You will be responsible for planning, delivering and managing year 1 of a multi-year brand partnership. Focusing on specific milestone projects throughout the year as well as providing always on support to the senior account and client leads. Working collaboratively alongside partnership, strategy, creative, production and content teams, you will support the budgeting, resourcing and process by which the project is successfully delivered, however your key focus will be the client. Keeping them abreast of project developments, taking them on the journey, proactively managing their time with concise communications. You must have the ability to command the respect of the wider team, leave your ego at the door, be a flexible team player and an ambassador for THE-TEAM at all times.
