The Logitech/Logicool B2B Account Manager will be responsible for
developing and growing our B2B business, especially in the video collaboration category, in Japan. In this role, you will work with our channel partners as we expand into this space.
Responsibilities
Representing the company and its interests in a professional manner at all times.
Act with integrity and respect for all.
Meet and exceed overall business and revenue goals and targets.
Manage all aspects of your partner relationship.
Develop and execute a partner business plan, which includes executive interlocks and cadence, business development, demand marketing, solution development, and more.
Maintain regular communication and transparency to enhance the success of the partnership, both internally and externally.
Identify new opportunities for our sales team through your partner ecosystem and assist them throughout the sales process.
Presenting the value proposition and capabilities of Logicool/Logitech to
enable partners to build a profitable and sustainable Logicool/Logitech business.
Collaborate with marketing teams of partners to develop and implement joint demand generation plans.
Assist in joint sales pursuit activities.
Providing Senior Management with accurate and timely reports as needed. Salesforce is utilized as the central CRM platform.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, a minimum of 6 years of experience in Alliances and Channels, including familiarity with the distributor and reseller channel ecosystem, is required.
Proficient in seamlessly transitioning between hands-on execution and high-level strategic thinking.
Ideally, you should possess a solid understanding and prior experience collaborating with or working within at least one of the following partners mentioned: Domestic distributors, Microsoft (Teams Rooms), Zoom and Google (Google Meet).
Experience working directly with these partners is advantageous, as is prior experience in direct selling.
Demonstrated proficiency in building strong relationships with both internal and partner stakeholders.
Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of surpassing business performance objectives.
High degree of business acumen with sales, marketing, and solutio development.
6+ min years in partner management, with experience in alliance management, is advantageous.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
