Specialized experience must include the following: Providing expert leadership and oversight within the foreign disclosure community, initiating high-impact policy shifts and adjudications that directly influence global interagency relations and future national security decisions. Serving as a persuasive communicator capable of interpreting sophisticated data to champion essential policies, backed by meticulous research and compelling articulation. Developing, and implementing policies and procedures for security applicable across the USCG. Leading, supervising, and evaluating federal employees, monitoring status of tasks, reviewing work products and providing feedback. Developing and implementing policies and procedures for information sharing arrangements with domestic and international partners, foreign disclosure, traditional information security (InfoSec), and operations security (OpSec).
