Responsibilities
- Manage daily pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance (DIFOT).
- Allocate fleet and driver resources to meet service and cost objectives.

- What you bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in planning/scheduling for Intermodal fleet (Sydney Metro preferred).
- Sound knowledge of OH&S, COR, Dangerous Goods Code, and national transport legislation.
- Exceptional skills in planning, time management, problem-solving and communication.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to influence and adapt.
- Experience working in a safety-first environment.
- Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in Transport & Logistics (desirable).

- Meeting safety lead/lag indicators.
- Completion of staff induction and competency assessments.
- Meeting customer DIFOT targets.
- Operating within budget and cost parameters.
