Your responsibilities will include survey calculations, managing survey data and keeping survey records. Planning, coordinating and carrying out construction surveying tasks across a mix of civil, structural and earthworks projects. Working collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and site teams. Prepare and manage digital models and survey data for construction, including machine control, point cloud and UAV capture. Operate survey instruments, GPS, scanners and software to provide accurate and reliable survey and data to project teams. Conduct as‑built and conformance surveys and documentation in line with good survey practice and engineering and contract requirements. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site crews to troubleshoot and resolve on‑site issues quickly. Maintain survey equipment, files and records in good order, making sure data is stored, backed up and easy to find. Growing or solid technical skills in construction surveying and engineering set‑out across civil, structures and earthworks. The confidence (or readiness) to take ownership of your work on projects, with support from the team as you grow. Confidence using Leica survey equipment and software (12d or equivalent), or a genuine willingness to learn and get up to speed quickly. Experience with, or strong interest in, machine control and UAVs. A practical, solutions‑focused mindset - you learn from mistakes and look for better ways of working.
