Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have. The Senior Customs Clearance Manager will be responsible for end-to-end oversight, compliance, and coordination of international shipment activity (with a heavy focus on submissions) moving through Collectors' logistics network. As international volume and routing complexity continue to increase, currently encompassing 132 possible submission routes, this role will provide centralized ownership to proactively enable smooth transport across borders (of submissions, outbound shipments, Operations materials), and mitigate mis-shipments, customs delays, and communication gaps across teams and regions. This position will focus heavily on Temporary Import Bond (TIB) compliance, shipment validation, exception management, and cross-functional coordination between U.S. operations, international offices, brokers, and carriers.
