Half the work is the usual: identifying creators, building relationships, running campaigns, measuring impact, and creating affinity for Tether and our products. The other half is harder - we need someone who can credibly engage tech and developer influencers, because the developer audience is one of Tether s most important constituencies and it doesn t respond to standard marketing playbooks.ResponsibilitiesBuild and own Tether s global influencer strategy across AI, tech, lifestyle, culture, health, crypto and more. Identify, vet, and build long-term relationships with influencers and creators solo and via agencies where it makes sense. Run end-to-end campaigns: brief, contract, ship, measure, iteratePartner with product teams across all four pillars (Stable Finance, Stable Intelligence, Stable Power, Stable Communications) to align influencer activity with what we re actually launchingDevelop the tech and developer influencer programme specifically YouTubers, technical bloggers, OSS maintainers, tech podcast hosts, AI influencers, Stay close to platform shifts like X, Rumble, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch,, and whatever comes next5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or comparable creator-side experienceA real track record of campaigns you ve run end-to-end, with results you can talk aboutGrow genuine familiarity with the tech and developer creator ecosystem - not just consumer-lifestyleWorking knowledge of crypto, AI, or P2P/open-source enough to brief a creator without embarrassing yourselfSharp instincts for which creators are authentic and which aren tBonus pointsExisting relationships with developer influencers or technical content creatorsYou ve built an influencer program from scratch beforeYou ve worked with agencies in multiple regions and know how to manage themImportant information for candidatesRecruitment scams have become increasingly common.
