Responsibilities
Under general supervision, you will work closely with financial system functional teams to gather system access requirements, roles and responsibilities, and work closely with customers to meet these requirements.
Develop and conduct requirement reviews.
Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner for developers and project teams.
Performing functional acceptance testing to investigate and perform root cause analysis to resolve system issues.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task.
Requirements
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3-5 years of related experience (or 10 years' experience without degree).
Financial Management with some contract understanding.
Familiarity with Air Force Permanent Change of Station (PCS) processing, accounting, voucher processing and entitlements
Ability to provide subject matter support in multiple environments through management and maintenance of Roles, Responsibilities and User Accounts.
Business Analysis such as CCBA, Program Management, or Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification
Awareness of Air Force PCS regulations and instruction such as DoD FMR, DoD 4500.9-R, DAF manual 36-2102, and Joint Travel Regulations
Understanding of regulations concerning entitlements with travel
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently, as well as part of a team.
Candidates must have the ability to successfully pass government lo successfully pass government local files check (NACi) quickly.

Possesses a good understanding of Air Force financial systems and business practices
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of GAO, OMB, OUSD(C), DFAS and Air Force FIAR strategy, guidance and processes; to include the "Green Book" and the "Blue Book"
