Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: No experience required.
• License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required:
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification required upon hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced Provider required within 90 days upon hire.
• Active RN and APRN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing and Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Clinical Nurse Specialist in area of specialty.
• Additional certification required.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of advanced clinical theory and nursing practice standards.
• Knowledge of research procedures.
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of teaching methods and learner objectives.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate.

Position Title: Neonatal CNS Department: Advance Practice Provider Pediatrics Job Description: Under limited direction, the Clinical Specialist is a hospital-based, service-specific position.
