IT Operations Support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
• Proven experience and strong knowledge of networking (hardware, software, etc.).
• Time management skills with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work effectively under the guidance of team leaders and collaborate with team members.
• Nice to have: Experience with common enterprise technologies and concepts such as Campus LAN, WLAN, WAN, basic infrastructure security, and ITSM.

Role Purposes: ATI Business Group is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to support our production team on-site with daily IT operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure services, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT support.
