Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead supply chain operations at our Fort Madison, IA site. Align supply chain strategies with business goals to support sales initiatives. Lead demand planning for product launches, transitions, and discontinuations. Your Experience: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in supply chain, including Warehousing, Transportation, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Scheduling, Customer Service. 3+ years of experience managing direct reports Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management and process improvement. Proficiency in SAP (production planning and materials management); WMS experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills (such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience monitoring, tracking, reporting and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent measurement of progress, identifying trends, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making. Familiarity with Just-In-Time principles and experience in a manufacturing environment. APICS or similar certification preferred.
