Working knowledge of ERP preferably SAP is required.
Proficient with MS Office tools & knowledge of Advance Excel - VBA coding/ automation skills
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau.
Should be able to work with large datasets, measure results, identify impact and attribution, discovery, model and predict future performance.
Using data to analyze trends that help business make decisions.
Knowledge of Improvement tools - Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean practice etc.
Demonstrated ability to manage time and multi-tasking approach to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Customer centric approach to identify & fulfill needs of customer requirements.
Collaborating with the different internal functions to understand the requirement.
Maintain Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Monitor data to identify changes in metrics and business trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a related field; Freshers will also work.
Effective Verbal and Written Communication.
Basic understanding of SCM process.
