Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

General Responsibilities:
Build, understand, and document requirements to help guide users through a new product lifecycle
Develop and maintain process documentation and drive continuous process improvements
Perform quality assurance checks on actions taken to ensure accuracy
Serve as subject matter expert to outside resources and facilitate education and training
Assist in the development of mitigation plans and monitors the progression of findings against their mitigation plans to ensure timely closure
Manage process communications for multiple levels of management, including executive level communications
Day-to-day oversight of multiple processes and identify process improvement opportunities with the ability to implement them through collaboration with other groups.
