Shift: 9:30 PM-8:00 AM
Hourly Rate: $32.53 an hour + $1.00 shift differential
Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you will support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing and packaging equipment at the Hagerstown facility while working a four‑day, ten‑hour schedule on either a Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and packaging equipment, including extruders, forming and frying systems, primary and secondary packaging lines, pouching machines, conveyors, and increasingly automated systems such as robotics.
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems supporting manufacturing and packaging operations.
Support equipment changeovers, installations, and upgrades as needed.
Follow maintenance schedules, work orders, and documented procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work performed and parts used.
Comply with safety policies, food safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices, and housekeeping standards.
Collaborate with operations and other maintenance team members to reduce downtime and improve performance.
Escalate equipment issues and risks to the Maintenance Team Leader as appropriate.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED.
Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems with experience troubleshooting production equipment.
Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and work orders.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to work scheduled shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements
