The Physician Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator will support the Physician Recruitment team by: Running preliminary background checks for Physician and Advanced Practice Providers to include checking license and board certification status as well as running a sanction check Data entry of candidate profiles into CRM system Responding to provider applicant questions and routing them to the appropriate team member Calendar management for recruitment screening interviews Recruitment conference coordination with vendors, recruitment team, and stakeholders The roles is based from home with occasional onsite work. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8 hour days with some flexibility. POSITION SUMMARY This position provides administrative and technical support relating to Physician and Provider on-boarding efforts across Banner. Supporting the strategic initiative growth of Banner Medical Group, Banner University Medical Group, BHN, Banner Urgent Care and Banner Health. The Coordinator responsibilities is to ensure all Human Resource employment requirements are met in addition to partnering with Credentialing and the CVO to ensure the physician, provider and resident has completed all hiring requirements. Provides assistance to the facility and medical group leadership in executing the various steps related to the on-boarding tasks. Provides or creates reports/charts/graphs that support leadership in managing the timelines for an effective and efficient on-boarding experience. Provides assistance to the facility and medical group leadership in executing programs and efficiency to meet the needs of our physicians, providers and residents. This position provides individual assistance to new physicians, providers and residents with navigating through the numerous groups that interface with all on-boarding tasks to ensure a successful on-boarding experience. CORE FUNCTIONS 1. Coordinates with the assigned recruiter, and the hiring authority to prepare, gain approval for and maintain accurate open recruitment profiles. Inputs accurate applicant/candidate data reflecting the current status of candidate activity, C.V., candidate communication, and other relevant information into the database. 2. Creates complex site visit itineraries and coordinates the participation across Banner Medical Group Regional, Banner University Medical Group, C-Suites, facility C-Suites and leaders in the region. Manages their expenses and accurately submits for reimbursement of those expenses with support documentation to ensure compliance with Banner policy and regulatory guidelines. 3. Serves as a liaison for assisting with issues related to payroll and benefits. May serve as contract coordinator which includes entering contract requests into the legal database and briefing the details when the contracts are executed. Validates that contract terms and agreements are entered accurately and are consistent with company policy. Monitors the BCAP and position requisition to ensure data fields flow accurately through the recruitment process. Manages and oversees the on-boarding and pre-boarding process for all physicians, providers and residents system wide. 4. Engages appropriate leadership on the status of process credentialing and position acceptance, ensuring all parties are aware of status and associated responsibilities. Serves as the single point of contact for all new physicians, providers and residents on-boarding/pre-boarding steps; ability to track and manage multiple new providers' progress through the new hire process. 5. Monitors the data and systems evaluating ease of access, areas for improvement, accuracy of the information, ease of reporting, and process flow. Collaborates with others to develop and implement enhancements. Assists and collaborates with leadership in organizational training and development in regards to the complexity of the physician, provider and resident On-boarding. 6. Manages the physician, provider and resident human resource requirements and follows policies and procedures to ensure all steps are complete for compliance.
