ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. When you join ORBIS, you join a team that invests in your success from Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations - Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed - Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation - Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel - Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager - Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely - Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies - Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center - Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints - Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies Work Experience: - 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience - Prior forklift experience required - Prior leadership experience Shift Hours: 4 PM - 12:30 AM Two companies, one vision.
