Recruit and onboard new agents who are looking to grow their business.
Collaborate with carrier partners to strengthen relationships and maximize value.
Contribute to marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and business growth initiatives.
The base pay for this role is $60,000-$80,000 + 10% Commissions.
