As the APAC Lead for ETF Product and Content Marketing, you will work closely with the business, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to aspire to craft and own impactful, differentiated, and actionable messaging across channels and media-spanning investment strategies and product solutions-to engage institutions, intermediaries, financial advisors, end investors, and the general public across APAC. Job responsibilities Elevate APAC active ETF education and thought leadership through compelling storytelling, while leading content marketing initiatives end-to-end Actively partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to shape marketing-led narratives that amplify active management and active ETF education and thought leadership Create locally relevant, channel-specific, high-impact content-including brand messaging industry award submissions, investor education materials, investment commentary, and product collateral Strengthen the active ETF brand via an always-on approach across the content ecosystem, spanning social, earned, paid, and owned media Lead the promotion of product diversification across active ETFs, mutual funds and alternatives and showcase investment and active management capabilities for APAC Analyze market and industry trends to strengthen our brand, promote insights, acquire new clients, and enhance client engagement Benchmark peer and competitor strategies to enhance content quality and delivery using data-driven approaches Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, adapting to evolving regulations and guidelines Innovate new ideas to create positive impact and drive personalization and strategic marketing initiatives Drive content and product strategy through visibility, engagement, and business impact, supporting various markets as needed Optimize product content formats and messaging across client segments and channels, including mobile, social platforms, paid media, search engines, and generative AI Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, economics, journalism, or a related field Minimum of 6 years' experience in investment or financial writing, with solid product knowledge of ETFs Strong understanding of financial, economic, and investment concepts, asset management products and client behavior Superior writing and editorial skills in English, with experience promoting content across funnels and within an ecosystem Work with principles and habits that earn trust, drive relentless improvement, and do the right thing Seek feedback to improve, speak up and communicate issues, and keep learning quickly Proven ability to turn complex financial topics into compelling stories for diverse audiences Strong interviewing skills and the ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints into client-friendly messaging Digital and social media savvy, with experience using data-driven approaches to drive content engagement Process-driven and attentive to detail, with experience managing content publishing and production Excellent time management, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with working experience across APAC markets and collaborating in a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Asset management experience with diverse exposure to mutual funds, ETFs, and alternatives Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts across teams and markets Passion for creating client-engaging content and evaluating content impact for continuous improvement Mature, flexible and comfortable navigating ambiguity, able to adapt quickly while managing multiple priorities High level of independence, positive energy, and respect for diverse opinions and styles Experience piloting innovative marketing strategies and optimizing content formats
