Provide site service support functions such as installation, testing, and commissioning for Power Distribution equipment and assembly
Provide technical and commercial support to team members on proposals and project pursuit
Capability to support sales pursuit and assist the team in offer generation
Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements
Create and deliver sales presentations to communicate compelling value propositions of service offerings
Build lasting relationships with key customers within the assigned geography to enhance long-term business prospects
Prepare and present sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations
Execute all phases of the selling process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response
Sell assigned service platforms to targeted customers with the objective of optimizing volume, mix, and profitability
Provide ongoing support to customers during facility upgrades to ensure satisfaction and generate new business
Engage with electrical engineers at consulting firms to support technical design and position Eaton products
Act as a pre-sales technical consultant to identify and present appropriate Eaton solutions to target customers
Support all aspects of relationships with contractors, OEMs, distributors, consultants, and system integrators within the assigned area
Regularly engage consultants to promote specification of Eaton products in projects
Collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor Degree
About 10-15 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Power Distribution Products & Solution low voltage, medium voltage products and systems as well as control and electrical design. Knowledge in ANSI NEMA Switchgear is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluent in spoken Chinese
