At MSS Security, we're looking for a confident and capable Full Time Security Officer to become a trusted part of our Defence operations at a secured base in Singleton. This position plays a critical role in protecting Defence personnel, assets, and infrastructure through proactive patrols, access management, and a strong on-site presence. Roster Details: This is a Monday to Friday split shift roster: 6:00AM - 10AM 2PM-4PM You'll operate in a complex and sensitive environment where professionalism, discretion, and situational awareness are essential. About You Australian Citizenship - required for Defence Security Clearance eligibility A current Security Licence valid in NSW Baseline Defence Clearance or willingness to obtain a Baseline Clearance Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with Defence personnel and site stakeholders The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions A strong sense of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
