Participate in project ideation, concept development, and technical discussions
Assist in preparing technical documentation, specifications, and workflows
Support testing and validation of automation systems and machinery
Assist in PLC testing, debugging, and basic modifications (not full-scale programming)
Troubleshoot electrical, control, and system-level issues during testing and commissioning
Work closely with PLC programmers to identify issues and help resolve system blockers
Assist in system integration (sensors, actuators, HMIs, and control panels)
Participate in on-site commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting
Document test results, issues, and validation reports
Ensure systems meet functional and safety requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus
Basic understanding of PLC logic and automation systems
Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to work hands-on
Ability to read basic electrical schematics
Good communication skills to support documentation and cross-team collaboration
Willingness to travel for site work and commissioning (~20% travel required)
Internship or project experience involving PLC, automation, or system testing
Exposure to HMI/SCADA systems is an advantage
Basic programming knowledge is a plus (to understand system logic and feasibility)
