INTX is seeking a talented Brand & Digital Designer to join our Johannesburg office and become a key member of our global marketing team. What You'll Do Brand & Creative Design Design and maintain high-quality branded assets across digital and print channels Create: Sales presentations and executive materials Conference and event assets One-pagers and brochures Social media graphics Advertising and campaign creative Product visuals and diagrams Thought leadership and research assets Ensure consistency across all brand applications Help evolve and strengthen the INTX visual identity as the company grows Website & Digital Experience Website Ownership Serve as the primary internal owner of the INTX website Manage content updates, page creation, visual enhancements, and ongoing site maintenance through WordPress Work with marketing leadership to continuously improve website user experience, performance, and conversion effectiveness Coordinate with external developers for larger enhancements and technical initiatives Digital Management Support ongoing management and development of the INTX website Create and maintain landing pages and campaign pages Implement content updates and visual enhancements Improve website user experience and digital engagement Support SEO, conversion optimization, and digital marketing initiatives Ensure brand consistency across all digital experiences Events & Marketing Support Support major global conferences and events Create: Booth graphics Signage Event presentations Digital displays Promotional materials Video and motion assets Assist with campaign execution and product launches Support sales and marketing initiatives with fast-turn creative assets Brand Ownership Act as a steward of the INTX brand Maintain brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and asset libraries Support leadership and sales teams with high-quality creative deliverables Manage relationships with external design and development partners as required Help build scalable creative processes as INTX continues to expand globally 3-6 years of experience of professional design experience Experience working in: B2B technology SaaS fintech insurance or enterprise software environments preferred Portfolio demonstrating strong digital and brand work required Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity management Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter with an ownership mentality Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma Canva Microsoft PowerPoint WordPress website administration and content management Demonstrated experience: Managing and updating corporate websites Creating landing pages and campaign pages Maintaining brand consistency across digital channels Designing for desktop and mobile experiences Working knowledge of: UX/UI principles Website optimization and user experience best practices Basic HTML/CSS concepts What We're Looking For Strong eye for modern enterprise technology branding Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills Self-starter mentality with ownership m
