Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Support planning and execution of CSR and community engagement initiatives Assist with partnerships, sponsorships, and social investment activities Track implementation and support reporting on outcomes and impact 4. Emergency Response (ER) & Issues Management Support Corporate Affairs readiness for emergency response situations Assist in maintaining and updating communication plans, templates, and protocols Contribute to scenario planning and drills as needed Provide communications support during incidents, under supervision 5. Cross-functional Support Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, HES, Operations, Wells, and other relevant functions Provide logistical and administrative support for Corporate Affairs initiatives (events, meetings, stakeholder engagements) Ensure alignment with internal governance, processes, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Political Science, Journalism, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public affairs, PR agency, or related field. English (advanced/professional proficiency). Portuguese (native).
