Assist with the creation of a highly collaborative material control culture by providing the appropriate level of support within the organization.
Provide leadership in developing and maintaining on-going efficiencies of the material control function Interface with Procurement, Engineering, Construction and EPF Contractor teams for awareness on long-lead materials and equipment and early identification of potential shortages.
Oversee material and equipment receipt at warehouse and laydown yards. Ensure verification against Purchase Orders, packing lists and MTO. Coordinate required receipt inspections with discipline Engineers and QHSES. Facilitate NCR process for damaged or incorrect materials and equipment.
Manage warehouse and laydown yard(s) in compliance with Blue Point procedures. Maintain material status reports, working closely with expediting and Engineering.
Ensure each incoming spare parts shipment is accurately received, reconciling with packing lists and bills of lading. Track and tag bulk and tagged equipment
Coordinate required material and equipment issuance from warehouse/laydown yards to construction contractors. Ensure: right material, right location, right time
Communicate material control related policies, practices, and process improvements to all affected personnel
Manage the warehouse and laydown yard operation in accordance with CF policies and procedures which include daily supervision of warehouse staff; establishing and adjusting work schedules; training staff; conducting monthly safety meetings, and establishing work priorities
Ensure monthly progress is being made regarding the established key performance indicators (KPI) metrics.
Ensure MRO item activity is documented with warehouse transactions which include creation of issues, receipts, counts and adjustments. Ensure
