Reporting to the Quality Plant Manager at our West Indianapolis plant, you will conduct routine and specialized testing on in‑process materials, finished products, ingredients, and manufacturing supplies to confirm quality and compliance while supporting nightly production operations. You will maintain sample retention, document results with accuracy, and partner with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues and promote continuous improvement. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred. 1+ years of experience in a quality, laboratory, or manufacturing setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail along with math skills necessary for interpreting measurements and graphs.
