About the role

REQUIRED SKILLS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5-8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, analytics, or a related field Experience supporting high-volume or global hiring environments preferred Strong proficiency in reporting and data tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker, or similar) Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and operational optimization DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Process-oriented with attention to detail and execution discipline Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate data into actionable insights Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
