Job Title: Housekeeping Coordinator Job Status: Year Round Full Time Compensation and Benefits: Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $20.50 to $22.80+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. Job Summary: The Housekeeping Coordinator assists with the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping and Condo Maintenance department, oversees the quality of cleaning. Ensures resort standards are met from independent contractors for cleanliness of rental condos and houses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor quality and ensure independent contractors are meeting the terms of their agreement with Copper Mountain and report any discrepancies back to the contracted company on a weekly basis. Communicate with contract management to ensure contract compliance and to coordinate the contractor's work with the company's needs. Conduct ongoing cleanliness assessments, planning and evaluations in areas that need improvement within the contract. Responsible for distributing reports and designating project scope for contractors Assist guests and owners with special requests Establish positive relationships with guests and owners Maintain a positive relationship with Rental Owner Services and be proactive in reporting unit damage, loss, etc. Office duties including but not limited to: Runs reports (arrival, departure, traces, VIP, inventory pickup and delivery report). Updates unit statuses throughout the day as needed. Monitors Housekeeping folder and prioritizes the calls in it. Receives housekeeper's boards and end of day and updates in VI. Assist with payroll for contractor. Generates reports for the next day's needs when closing. Utilizes ALICE to dispatch HSK & CM calls. Files and reports all damages to Rental Owner Services. Answers phones in timely manner and checks personal and housekeeping voicemail periodically. Selects units for site tours and walk-ins when needed. Acts as a liaison between guests, Front Desk, Rental Owner Services, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Assists in all areas of Housekeeping & Condo Maintenance as needed.
